The Abortion Issue

Everyone wants to save lives and everyone wants to control their own body. Luckily by letting people control their own bodies we will help to limit human over-population today, which will save many times as many lives and unborn lives in the future as we delay the time when we irreparably destroy the eco-systems supporting humans on this planet.

A good national compromise is to ban abortions in the third trimester and allow them in the first two.

The Drug War

It only took us 13 years to realize prohibition did not work and the "Drug War" has been ongoing for 52 years and counting with no end in sight.

This solution takes away the motive for drug dealers to hook new clients. We now know who the drug addicts are who need our help

The Immigration Issue

With this system, immigrants would be motivated to register at a legal border crossing and immediately get a job. Sneaking over the border or not registering means they are not working off the 5 years or more that they are subject to the maximum wage rate for unskilled immigrant workers.

There would be a large fine for companies hiring an unregistered immigrant or paying more than the maximum wage rate.

Americans and American companies would immediately benefit from the low cost labor. Immigrants would no longer have to risk their lives to achieve the American dream.

The Conflict and War Issue

To get elected or re-elected, politicians feel they need to act tough. American politicians feel they need to compete with each other in their public criticism and threats to China and Russia, significantly increasing the chances that humans won't survive more than 100 years into the future. Everyone Wins eliminates this threat. Future American politicians can negotiate in private to resolve differences and then praise both China and Russia for their mutual support.

To stop the Palestinian-Israeli conflict the U.S. could propose a system of justice similar to what almost every country already has. If you damage someone you have to compensate them for the damage which stops the cycle of violence. The UN could determine the compensation based on the property damaged, lives lost and trauma inflicted. If Israel is the offender they can pay the victims. If terrorist groups are the offenders, their supporter, Iran can pay the Israeli victims and because of RaceToABetterWorld.com they will be under tremendous pressure from their trading partners to do so.

In addition, Americans, Israelis and Palestinians would all be safer if US military aid to Israel went instead to humanitarian aid for the Palestinians. However, that money would be reduced by what was needed to compensate victims if any islamic terrorism occurs against Americans or Israelis. Thus the Palestinian cause will reduce instead of increase violence in the world.

Character Education

Much of the potential of character education are the millions of excited students wanting to create a more peaceful, prosperous and survivable future for themselves. They are excited, not discouraged if it doesn’t happen on the first attempt. With RaceToABetterWorld.com these students after leaving school will no longer lose interest and blend back into the ambient character of the countries they live in.

Misinformation and Accountability

A democracy doesn’t work well if people are spreading misinformation to get politicians elected who will favor them over you.

In the Everyone Wins system this can’t happen and politicians will be looking out for you instead of their wealthy donors because you affect their approval rating and thus their ability to stay in office instead of the wealthy donors.

Climate Change

A proof-of-concept molten salt reactor (MSR) was built in 1965 by researchers at the Oak Ridge National laboratory. MSRs can’t melt down and can operate by burning up the radioactive waste of conventional reactors.

If the MOP-up system had been around back then, the fossil fuel industry couldn’t have controlled our politicians and sown doubt about climate change. We would be much wealthier now and would have long ago converted to green energy. We would never have experienced the current ravages of climate change.
